Muzzling is not only for vicious dogs. There are so many useful purposes for teaching your dog to wear a muzzle! Check out this website to learn more!
Bach's Flower Essences are a safe and very effective aid in helping pets through traumatic situations, to adjust to new things, and as a training aid for some pets who have difficulties in certain areas. Rescue Remedy should be in every pet owner's home!
Bully bundles delivers bully sticks, a safe chew that is all natural and supplies trace nutrients and minerals to your dog! This is a subscription service, with significant savings for monthly deliveries, right to your mailbox! Next time we meet ask me for a coupon for 10% off!
A customizable subscription service that delivers a box of safe and yummy treats, chews, and toys to your door. The customer service is wonderful, if your pet does not like a treat or toy, they will replace it for free. The options include treats that meet dietary restrictions, and toys that suit all types of pets- super chewers, destroyers, de-stuffers! Often, there is a toy within a toy to celebrate our dog's core emotion of "seeking", which is the motivation behind those destroyers and de-stuffers! I do get a referral reward on this, but you can too once you have signed up!
If your pet doesn't like a particular toy or treats from BarkBox- how about passing it along to a shelter or rescue?

Pure Ayre is a deodorizing agent that is safe to use on most surfaces and can be used directly ON your pet to eradicate any stinky situations. I have used it for skunk sprays to pets, vehicles, and fabrics (like blankets used to cover cat traps that a skunk wandered into!) and it works! I have used it for pet accidents in homes, and have found it invaluable for house training all manner of dogs and situations. I have used it with sick pets, who vomited or soiled themselves, to clean them (and whatever they were laying on when it occurred) so they are not suffering in the mess until they can be bathed. It does not work after it has been exposed to freezing temperatures or very high temperatures so I order in bulk during certain times of the year to ensure I have it on hand and it is not exposed to extreme temperatures during shipping. It also works for mold and mildew, cigarette odors, and other smelly situations or stains.
Wyndmere Naturals, Inc. has a blend that works on animals better than any other I have found, for situations where an animal feels overwhelmed or anxious. Their "Anxiety Release" blend works wonders! Wyndmere is a woman owned small business. They are family oriented, and their core values are well worth supporting! The above link takes you directly to the misting spray of the blend I recommend most for fearful and anxious animals, but take a look at more on their website! You can also purchase the oil blend and use it in a diffuser, place a few droplets on their bedding or use the roller ball on yourself when you are working with the animal.

While this link takes you to the Blue-9 Balance Harness, which is amazing, and one of the best harnesses on the market for range of motion and safety, there are many other products that are helpful to dog training here! Platforms are very handy for conditioning and training, and these are durable, stack, and can be used in so many ways!
I love the 2 Hounds Design Freedom No Pull Harness for keeping a high flight risk dog safe. It is very hard for a dog to pull out of this harness. There are some techniques to using this harness, but when they are employed, it is also a good training tool for heavy duty pullers. I love the multi-function Euro Leash! SO many functions are possible with this and a Mendota 15' Snap Leash! And, while you are at it, get one for a shelter dog, and donate to your local shelter. It will help them get out more, and learn good leash manner, and that helps them find homes!

The link to Shafer Kennels takes you directly to the order form for the metal buckle nylon martingale collars. I love the martingale collars, especially for high flight risk, fearful dogs who can slip out of their collar or harness when confronted with fearful triggers. Most martingale collars are slip on or have a cheap plastic clasp type fixture, which can fail. If the dog gets caught in the martingale loop, the buckle feature prevents the need to cut the collar off. Martingale collars are a training tool, and should never be left on dogs who are unattended.
The link takes you to Grisha Stewart's site, where you can purchase a membership to access all of her courses on a monthly basis (access ends when membership ends) or you can purchase individual courses and webinars on basics, aggression cases, or specific topics! These are perfect for folks looking to learn more of the fundamentals, or to get additional support.

Mendota makes quality dog leashes, and they are the supplier for Grisha Stewart's leashes above. IF you are interested in different sizes, or want a long lead (50' check cord) or just wish to shop around and see what is available, check out their website. I love the new colors, and these leashes are extremely comfortable! Leash skills are the foundation of the relationship between you and your pet, and the leash itself is probably one of the most important "tools" you can own. Having a variety of lengths in leashes is also important, for different circumstances.
